This is a country hotel in the city of Schillingsfuerst in Franconia with a unique view over the headwaters of the river Tauber and the castle of the Prince of Hohenlohe. This house used to be a mail stop. Since 1870 the hotel is family owned. Comfortable rooms give an atmosphere of wellbeing. Kitchen and cellar offer an excellent selection of seasonal specialities such as carp from the nearby lake Franconian wine and a large assortment of spirits from the house owned Distillery.
